Directorate-General for Secretariats and Consultation

The Directorate-General for Secretariats and Consultation organises the meetings of the Council of Ministers, of the Consultation Committee and of the Trade Union Negotiating Committees.

Directorate-General for Coordination and Legal Affairs

The Directorate-General for Coordination and Legal Affairs provides substantive support to the Prime Minister and for the coordination of government policy.

Directorate-General for External Communication

The Directorate-General for External Communication communicates the government’s decisions to the outside world.

Budget and Management Control Service

The Budget and Management Control Service builds the budget of FPS Chancellery of the Prime Minister that determines the spending limits for one year. 

Personnel and Organisation Service

The Personnel and Organisation (P&O) Support Service is tasked with defining a modern HR policy.

ICT Service

The ICT Department provides secure, innovative and high-quality services to federal organisations. 

Secretariat and Logistics Service

The Secretariat and Logistics service is responsible, among other things, for the management of the buildings and all technical facilities.

Translation Department

The Translation Department translates legal, policy, general texts and provides simultaneous interpretation at meetings.
